No two bodies are the same, and your care shouldn’t be either. This isn’t a chain spa where everyone gets the same treatment. Each session is thoughtfully customized based on what you’re experiencing that day—whether that’s physical tension, stress, or the need to simply slow down. This allows for more effective, meaningful results that support your body in the way it needs most.

As a former tech professional, I was drawn to this work through my own experiences with the impact of stress on the body and the desire to better understand how to create lasting relief. I trained in Body Mechanics School of Myotherapy, where I developed a foundation in therapeutic techniques that I now combine with a holistic, nervous system–informed approach. My sessions are intentional and tailored, focusing on both immediate tension and the underlying patterns that contribute to it. My goal is to support you in feeling more relaxed, balanced, and connected to your body.
I created Oasis as a safe space for women of all backgrounds.
